जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय प्रवेश परीक्षा दिनांक 29 एप्रिल 2023 रोजी होणार आहे
त्या संदर्भात विद्यार्थ्याकरिता काही सूचना जाहीर करण्यात आले आहे
नवोदय विद्यालय प्रवेश परीक्षा देणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांकरिता सूचना
1. कोणत्याही उमेदवाराला कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत प्रवेशपत्राशिवाय परीक्षेला बसण्याची परवानगी दिली जाणार नाही.
2. प्रवेशपत्रातील तपशील काळजीपूर्वक तपासा. त्रुटी असल्यास, संबंधित आपल्या जिल्ह्याच्या JNV च्या मुख्याध्यापकांना ईमेलद्वारे त्वरित कळवावे.
3. परीक्षा हॉलमध्ये सामान्य घड्याळ वगळता कोणतीही इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणे/गॅझेट्स आणण्याची परवानगी नाही.
4. परीक्षा हॉलमध्ये प्रवेशपत्र आणि काळे/निळे बॉल पेन वगळता कोणतीही वस्तू सोबत ठेवू नका.
5. उमेदवाराने सकाळी 10:30 वाजेपर्यंत परीक्षा केंद्रावर अहवाल देणे आवश्यक आहे.
6. उशीरा अहवाल आल्यास उमेदवाराला चाचणीसाठी उपस्थित राहण्याची परवानगी दिली जाणार नाही.
परीक्षेचा एकूण कालावधी 2 तासांचा आहे (सकाळी 11.30 ते दुपारी 1.30 पर्यंत). तथापि, विशेष गरजा असलेल्या (दिव्यांग) उमेदवारांसाठी 40 मिनिटांचा अतिरिक्त वेळ दिला जाईल. सकाळी 11.15 ते 11.30 पर्यंत सूचना वाचण्यासाठी 15 मिनिटांचा अतिरिक्त वेळ देण्यात आला आहे.
7. उत्तर देण्यापूर्वी, उमेदवाराने हे सुनिश्चित केले पाहिजे की प्रश्नपुस्तिकेत 1 ते 80 पर्यंत अनुक्रमे 80 प्रश्न आहेत. तफावत आढळल्यास, उमेदवाराने प्रश्नपत्रिका बदलण्यासाठी तत्काळ पर्यवेक्षकाकडे तक्रार करावी.
8. OMR शीटवर लिहिण्यासाठी निळा/काळा बॉल पॉइंट पेन वापरा.
पेन्सिल वापरण्यास सक्त मनाई आहे.
9. प्रत्येक प्रश्नामागे A, B, C आणि D चिन्हांकित चार पर्यायी उत्तरे असतात. उमेदवाराने योग्य उत्तर निवडणे आणि OMR उत्तरपत्रिकेवर निवडलेल्या उत्तराचे संबंधित वर्तुळ गडद करणे आवश्यक आहे.
निगेटिव्ह मार्किंग केले जाणार नाही.
10. प्रवेशपत्रात नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे परीक्षेच्या त्याच माध्यमाची प्रश्नपत्रिका दिली जाईल. प्रश्नपत्रिकेचे माध्यम बदलण्याची परवानगी नाही.
11. उमेदवाराने प्रत्येक विभागातील सर्व प्रश्नांचा प्रयत्न करणे आवश्यक आहे. प्रत्येक विभागात स्वतंत्रपणे गुणवत्ता असणे आवश्यक आहे.
12. उमेदवारांनी OMR शीटवर तसेच प्रश्नपत्रिकेवर रोल नंबर भरणे आवश्यक आहे.
13. एकदा चिन्हांकित केल्यानंतर उत्तरामध्ये कोणताही बदल करण्याची परवानगी नाही. उत्तरपत्रिकेवर ओव्हरराईटिंग, कटिंग आणि मिटवण्याची परवानगी नाही.
14. OMR शीटवर व्हाइटनर/करेक्शन फ्लुइड/इरेजर वापरण्यास परवानगी नाही. OMR शीटवर कोणतेही भटके चिन्ह बनवू नका
15. उमेदवाराने आधार कार्ड/शासकीय सोबत बाळगणे आवश्यक आहे.
ओळख/निवासाची पडताळणी करण्यासाठी रहिवासी प्रमाणपत्र आणि प्रदान केलेल्या माहितीचे समर्थन करण्यासाठी जन्मतारखेचा कोणताही पुरावा.
16. उमेदवाराने दुपारी 01.30 वाजेपूर्वी आणि OMR उत्तरपत्रिका पर्यवेक्षकाकडे सोपविल्याशिवाय हॉल सोडू नये.
17. परीक्षेदरम्यान सहाय्य देताना किंवा प्राप्त करताना किंवा अनुचित मार्ग वापरताना आढळलेला कोणताही उमेदवार अपात्र ठरविला जाईल.
18. तोतयागिरीचा कोणताही प्रयत्न उमेदवारी अपात्र ठरेल.
19. निवडीनंतर JNVs मध्ये इयत्ता VI मध्ये प्रवेश घेताना पात्रता निकषांच्या पूर्ततेच्या अधीन राहून उमेदवाराला तात्पुरत्या परीक्षेसाठी उपस्थित राहण्याची परवानगी आहे.
20. संबंधित JNV मध्ये प्रवेशासाठी उमेदवाराची निवड विहित NVS निकषांनुसार आहे.

Instructions for the Candidate
1. No candidate will be allowed to the test without the admit card under any circumstances.
2. Check the particulars in the Admit Card carefully. Error, if any, must be immediately reported to the Principal of JNV concerned by email to invamravati14@gmail.com
3. No electronic devices/gadgets except ordinary wrist watch are allowed in the examination hall.
4. Do not carry any article, except Admit Card and Black/Blue Ball Pen in the examination hall.
5. Candidate is required to report to the examination center latest by 10:30 am.
6. Candidate will not be permitted to appear for the test, if reports late. Total duration of the examination is 2 hours (11.30 am to 1.30 pm). However, in respect of candidates with special needs (Divyang), additional time of 40 minutes will be provided. 15 minutes additional time is allowed for reading the instructions from 11.15 am to 11.30 am.
7. Before answering, the candidate has to ensure that question booklet contains 80 questions serially numbered from 1 to 80. In case of discrepancy, the candidate should immediately report the matter to the invigilator for replacement of the question paper.
8. Use Blue/Black Ball point Pen only to write on OMR sheet. Use of Pencil is strictly prohibited.
9. Each question is followed by four alternative answers, marked A, B, C & D. Candidate is required to select the correct answer and darken the corresponding circle of the chosen answer on the OMR answer sheet. No negative marking will be done.
10. The question paper of same medium of examination as mentioned in the admit card will be provided. No change of medium of question paper is permitted.
11. Candidate must attempt all questions of each section. One has to quality in each section separately.
12. Candidates must fill Roll Number on OMR sheet as well as on question paper.
13. No change in the answer once marked is allowed.Overwriting, cutting and erasing on the answer sheet is NOT allowed.
14. Use of Whitener/correction fluid/eraser on OMR sheet is not allowed. Do NOT make any stray mark on the OMR sheet
15. The candidate has to carry the Aadhaar card/ Govt. Residence certificate to verify the identity/residence and any proof of date of birth to support the information provided.
16. Candidate shall not leave the hall before 01.30 pm and without handing over OMR answer sheet to the invigilator.
17. Any candidate found either giving or receiving assistance or using unfair means during the exam will be disqualified.
18. Any attempt for impersonation will also disqualify the candidature.
19. The candidate is provisionally allowed to appear for the test subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria at the time of admission to class VI in JNVs after selection.
20. Selection of candidate for admission in JNV concerned is as per prescribed NVS criteria.
